VA, Customer Service Manager, Administrator, Assistant, Researcher

I am a native English speaker from England. I have numerous skills ranging from: Inputting Data, Internet Research, to other more advanced areas such as Order Management, providing Virtual Assistance and carrying out excellent Customer Service. Customer service duties that I have carried out to a high standard include; Responding professionally to customer enquiries within 24 hours, Checking Orders and Shipping Times, Contacting the Printers/Shippers for Queries, Invoicing Customers, Allocating work for co-workers and messaging them via Monday's system, Deciphering as to whether a customer is due a refund, Refunding customers plus more. I am quick to learn, so new programs, software and systems do not faze me. I understand CRM systems very well. I am experienced in writing Blogs and Articles, especially if they are Travel, Expat and Pet related. I have extensive experience with Wordpress, Squidoo and Blogger. I have also studied and completed Advanced Business Studies at College.
