Head of Customer Service/Customer Service Manager. I provide service in the three languages I am proficient in: Portuguese (European - native), English (US/UK) and Spanish (Spain).
I was previously a supervising agent and manager for my technical support customer service team and am an expert in email, chat and call handling; software, protocols and procedure creation implementation; employee training; logistics management; performance QA, and monitoring.
