CRM specialist

My name is Britt and I've been working as a CRM Manager for large international companies over the past 10 years. My expertise lies in integrating CRM systems in the existing eco-system of a company as well as setting out a (global) CRM strategy, including marketing automations, segmetation, reporting, and one off communications through Email, web/app Push messages & SMS. I've done this for businesses that were purely app based (subscription and non-subscription models), ecommerce businesses and businesses who had fysical stores as well as eComm stores. I've worked with companies with databases up to 30mil users, so complex segmentation and datasets have no secrets to me. Besides that I've also worked as a freelance Translator & proofreader Dutch - English and visa versa for the last 5 years. Where I generally tend to focus on translations for apps and websites (within retail, services, tourism, food, and user products) I'm still open to do some translation projects on the side, but my main focus lies within CRM projects. For translation jobs, I ask a fixed fee per word, all other projects are billed hourly. When hiring me, you can expect quality work, within the given deadline.
