Billing and Accounting Specialist / Bookkeeper / Credit Analyst

I do handle the following tasks: * Accounts Receivable * Accounts payable * Bank Reconciliation * Loans * Payroll * Inventory Management *Customer Service * Reviews and validates credit application of new and existing customers. • Performs OR analysis on payment details. • Performs OR application. • Follow up overdue accounts via calls,emails and even personal confirmation. • Sending weekly SOA to update the status of each customer. • Sending Demand Letters • Investigates over or under payment made by the account. • Approves POs (if without overdue invoices and within credit limit) • Holds PO’s (with overdue invoices or over credit limit) • Conducting AR reconciliation with the accounts. • Resolving hanging balances with valid supports. • Setting up discounts on the system on specific SKU. • Prepares monthly Journal Entry. • Prepares monthly Balance Sheet . • Prepares monthly Consolidated Balance Sheet (for all Credit Analyst). • Issuing Credit/Debit Memos. • Prepares monthly AR report.• • Monthly collection targets are being met. • Bank Reconciliation ( Requesting Bank Statement/SOA directly from the bank).
