Quickbooks & Financials Expert

All bookkeepers are good at the day to day data entry but the value that I provide my clients is the additional tax background. I know why the numbers are what they are rather than just entering the transactions. I have worked with Quickbooks for over 15 years. I am proficient in generating financials from Quickbooks desktop or online versions including monthly, quarterly or annual financials. I have a tax background as I worked for ten years preparing tax returns and business financials and recently moved into to private accounting. My goal as a consultant is to save you money by preparing your financials at a much cheaper rate that you CPA will charge. By having up to date financials, you will be able to be proactive in making business decisions rather than reactive. With my experience of preparing 1000s of business financials, I've seen a lot of things and the additional value is the ability to get advice and making sure you are deducting all business items you should (vehicle, phone). My goal is to provide accurate financials and providing feedback on additional options in reducing your tax liability. I am very efficient and the time required for me will be much less than others. When preparing financials, every balance sheet item will be tied out to a statement or report. Time is valuable as a business owner and I will complete projects on any time frame necessary for my client.
